Thank you for your interest in becoming an approved course provider, we are looking forward to your submissions.

|First Review and Decision||October 1 - November 15|
|Second Application Window||30 days after Applicants are notified|
|Final Review and Decision||January - February or until all information is reviewed|
In order to complete an application, a prospective applicant must first create an account. To create an account, please go to the sign in page. Applicants may register at any time between August 15 and September 30. Only one account per email address is allowed.
Login to https://floridacourseprovider.fluidreview.com. You will use the email address and password you created in Step 1. Once logged in, you may choose either to apply for Approval for New Applicant, Approval to Add Courses for Currently Approved Provider, or Renewal as Previous Applicant.
The application window will open on September 1 and will close on September 30. Upload all application material on the site as per the instructions you'll see when you log in.
